A message from the Heads of Charities Lila Henderson and Jemima Bennett on this year’s Summer Charity Fair:
Thank you to everyone who attended the Summer Charity Fair this past Wednesday lunchtime. The fair was a fundraising opportunity to collect donations for Cancer Research (lower school charity), Everyone’s Invited (middle school charity) and EmpowerHer (sixth form charity). Your donations will make such a meaningful impact to so many, they will be so grateful! The turnout was incredible and led to the huge success of the fair. We had stalls ranging from the opportunity to sponge members of staff (and even pour buckets onto Mr. Price and Mr. Ford), as well as to participate in dares, put your hands in buckets of goo, get dressed up for the photo booth, and more!
We are so thankful for all your enthusiasm and generosity and would like to give a special mention to all the members of staff who took part! We could not have made the Charity Fair the success it was without everyone in Charity Club and especially Mrs. East for organising the event!
