RE: HOW DOES FOMO AFFECT OUR GENERATION’S SLEEP SCHEDULES?

Dear editors,

Sasha makes valid points about “FOMO” and the consequences of social media on this generation’s mental health. I would like to enquire as to what or which remedies Burina-Ling offers to combat these dastardly agents against sleep itself. Admittedly, I do not sleep much either, but to those wishing for answers, what order shall we place your three aspects of time as you call them (working, socialising, and sleeping). Should you prioritise any?

One final point- are the repercussions of caffeine so unhealthy? The harmless concoction of which I call an oat latte, occasionally consumed, should not have that much of a harmful effect on the body (so long as it is consumed in small doses). I have myself seen the direful effects of caffeine overconsumption (being that my wallet has taken a disliking to me). Aside from that, is it so unhealthy to regularly consume it? Should one cut it out altogether or do you believe a balance can be struck between our circadian rhythms and sweet, sweet caffeine?

Thanks,

L.S.
